We had an awesome day with our Farmer Focus Group, where we got to hear their feedback on some of the tools and tech we’re accelerating.
Our Farmer Focus Group is made up of 12 farmers from diverse backgrounds who provide us with their views and feedback regarding implementation of emissions mitigation tools across the different livestock systems in New Zealand.
At this meeting we had representatives from three companies we're investing in including Ruminant BioTech, who are developing a methane-inhibiting bolus and BioLumic, who are working on a low-emissions pasture.
We also had a farm visit where we heard from farm managers who have been early adopters of new technologies.
